The notice about the opening of international seminar

 

The international seminar titled as“Effects of the structural and curricular changes following the Bologna process in Germany on the economic content knowledge of students in the study track of business and economics” was convened on 28 February.

  Dr. Roland Happ (Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz) who is invited for 6 week research stay to Mori Arinori Institute for Higher Education and Global Mobility, delivered a lecture on the topic of“Effects of the structural and curricular changes following the Bologna process in Germany on the economic content knowledge of students in the study track of business and economics”by comparing the higher education system of Germany and Japan. In addition, Dr. Roland Happ gave his presentation on positive and negative consequences of Bologna process, the factors affecting students’ educational performances and drop-out rates after the Bologna process, and how to measure and evaluate the educational performances of students from the perspective of economic and personal finance education. After the lecture, we had an opened discussion time where the participants freely exchanged their opinions.
