On June 12, Prof. György Nováky and Assistant Prof. Maki Kato (Mori Arinori Center) visited Niigata University for a seminar hosted by Vice-President Satoshi Kuwahara. On the seminar, which was attended by faculty and staff of Niigata university, prof.
